Founded in 1999 by Sally Fallon, the Weston A. Price
Foundation's mission is to disseminate the pioneering
nutrition research of Cleveland dentist, Weston
Price. Price's studies of non-industrialized populations
near the beginning of the last century revealed
a level of health and robustness in whole populations
on nutrient-dense whole foods diets that is very
rare today. Organ meats and animal fats were particularly
valued by these groups.
